On our way to achieving our goals, it's really all about the journey we are taking - how we grow personally & professionally, knowing and going for what's most important to us, going beyond our comfort zones and finding out what WE are capable of; the people we meet whether they are friends encouraging us from the sidelines, customers, team members, and other Avon Reps or other direct sales reps who are walking in our shoes.

We all have our own goals & dreams we want to achieve. Those goals & dreams are our Stars and we all deserve to reach for them and grab them. One of my goals is help you do that.
